WCL
Due to the increased number of teams this season, there will be 6 groups of 5 teams. There will be no seeding in this tournament, to hopefully make it less predictable.
All group winners in the WCL will proceed to the Quarter-Final knockout stages. 2 "lucky losers" will join the other 6 teams in the last eight. This will be determined by the teams in 2nd place with the most points. If there are more than 2 second-placed teams with the highest number of points, it will be determined by who has the superior goal difference. If this still doesn't settle it, it will be based on the total number of votes they have received both for and against during the group stage.
This is a round-robin tournament. All teams face each other once. In the knockout stages, it will be a one-off tie. Any draws (where the voting is a complete tie) will go to penalties.
Copa Liberados/Kagame Cup/Peace Cup
This is a division-specific tournament, where you compete against teams from within your division.
The group stages will follow a round-robin format. Top 2 from each group qualify for the Semi-Finals. Group A winner faces Group B runner-up, and Group B winner faces the Group A runner-up.
The Semi-Finals will have 2 legs. You will have to use all 22 squad members over the 2 Semi-Final matches, therefore using 2 completely separate starting XI's. However, it is up to you to decide how to do this. Whether you want to go full strength for the 1st leg, and use your second string for the 2nd leg, vice versa, or whatever else.
