Could you be more specific please... what are you trying to edit? Editing with a AR2 what?

I think he means player names plus flags and kits. Everything in other words!! You can either do it all manually using the various faqs located on this site or download (via X-Port) some kind persons options file with all this saved on. I'd send you my option file, but I don't have an X-Port. Sorry!! :)

I have a decent option file for PES2 which I can email to anyone if they want.

The whole AR2 thing coupled with the lack of sleep I've been getting lately has confused the hell outta me. My logic was AR2, knife swap, we6fe edited :D

How exactly do you perform the 'knife trick'? Can I do it if I have AR2? Will it damage my PS2? :)

Knife swap trick (http://www.geocities.com/raibee/knife.html)

Yes and some argue it does, some argue it doesn't, but I don't think anyone can really say.

If you do something wrong and break something inside the PS2, that would be an argument against it...

But I suppose that's the same argument as mod chips and flip lids.

what i meant was can i get edited boots and balls for the ar2 or is it only for chiped ps2's

Yep, only for patched games. But there are boots avaliable for WE6FE, WE6, PES1 and PES2.

I think the knife method is a little more tricky than the others. Once it's chipped or lidded, there isn't that much of a risk of doing more damage.
