Joel gets my vote. Villa is far more likely to score than either Adriano or Higuain.

Joel for me
It is unlikely that Villa alone will have anything to say against Toure and Andrade on his own, while Joel's wingers seem equal to Yossi's defenders. Yossi has two men cleaning up in midfield, although Joel seems equally good in midfield. Ribery and Abidal will be very interesting, but with Ribery's form he's unstoppable. Same with Anderson and Richards, most likely Richards will win for now as Anderson has not been playing lately (for whatever reason) so most people won't really know his talents.
I can see Higuain and Adriano combining well to a goal or two, but Joel will probably do so. A status quo.
EDIT: Yossi had no votes before mine?

A lot of games have been far too one-sided at the start of this season. We're seeing games that should be fairly tight being won very, very convincingly.
I pretty much agree with all you said. As much as I like David Villa, he won't get any change out of Kolo Toure and Andrade. Put one on him, and it's going to be a good battle, but with them able to double up on him, he stands slim chance.
Two strong defences should see the points being shared here, in an interesting yet goalless match.
Joel for me.
His defense looks very solid to stop Adriano and Higuain, and Yossi´s defense is good in the centre, but don´t looks so good in the sides and Mancini and Pedersen can pass a lot of balls to Villa and this one score.

It would be a tight affair with a great midfield battle, however that extra man in the middle could alleviate some pressure and allow a little more time on the ball. I think Joel's greatest strength here is his wingers, Yossi's widemen are very good too, the trouble is that Joel's full backs are on par and would make it a very interesting battle.
Jankulovski is not the greatest left back defensively and is much more inclined to drive forward, he'd have more than he could handle with Mancini who is lightning quick yet with a real end product. I think he'd be the one to create the opening for Villa or himself, Villa on his own would have a hard time but with the support from Mancini it would be a very good battle.
1-0 to Joel, Villa to score, Mancini with the assist.
I do believe Joel will probably take the victory in this tight match, but only just. As many have already pointed out, Villa will have a tough job trying to break through the defence, but if Mancini and Pederson are able to stretch the defence somewhat then it can possibly create the perfect openings for Sahin and Villa to push into.
I've voted for Yossi however as I believe his team is solid enough to at least keep this being a caged and tight game. I don't think the margin should be more than one goal in favour of Joel, hence my vote for Yossi who I believe could also maybe knick a goal.
Joel 1 - 0 Yossi (maybe scoring 1)

A 0-0 draw for me, with Foster making a few great saves.
