lol. im making chapions leagues ones, but ive cheated an just extracted them from wedoit 3.0! im now trying to change the main title screen, but i cant find a picture the right size and its a nightmare resizing objects, even with paintshop pro7

What's the problem?
Go to Image - resize and the top line option gives you the size you want in pixels. What is the size you're trying to make it?

the problem is that it wont let me pick individual values for the heights and widths, when you change 1 the other automatically changes

That's strange.
It doesn't do that on mine.
What I do is highlight the number and write what I want.
Works good.

You can re-size objects using the individual markings quite easily.
You have to uncheck the box Keep Aspect Ratios. That's the reason when one changes the other does too. Probably irrelevant by now, but it's quite an important (and fairly basic) thing to know about re-sizing objects in PSP.
