pro evo 2008 update

Hi,
does anyone know whether or not an update for pes 2008 on ps3 will be available. (beacuse the fact there are no memory cards)
If so please tell me :D

I can only see Konami making game Updates for Pro to fix Bugs ect.....i cant see them updating for player transfers etc.....thats why theres the edit mode
