No PES Points after completing Int. Cup?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and ever since I discovered this board a couple of days ago, I am thrilled with all the new things I am learning about this, the greatest footie game ever!

I do have a question though. Last night, in my quest to get some easy PES points, I played International Cup at one *, and after completing it, I didnt get my 2000 points!?? So i went at it again, and still nothing! I did get the points when i first got the game and played in these tournaments. What could possibly cause this to happen?

You only win the points for winning cups and leagues the first time.

You'll only get the PES pts the first time you win the tournament, easier to go through the smaller continental cups - Asian, African, S. American etc.

I found one way to pile up those pts using Double Speed (purchased in PES Shop, to speed up the whole process) and Player Settings (to set line-ups for BOTH sides)

with some sneaky use of Player Settings, you can just manage the teams through a Cup tournament and let them tear into each other at Double Speed - only having to intervene and slow the game down if your own side go behind.

With matches set to 5mins, it's the quickest way I can think of to clock up those PES pts and fill up the trophy cabinet

But such bad sportsmanship!
