If u are playing with a PS2 pad converter...start one player game as normal...........press 'start' to pause game......put player gamepad over to middle.....Press X on Player 2 gamepad...move both pads to respective sides.

Play 2 player PES2008

(oh yes....and for longer games make sure u have the time expander patch as posted on Evo-Web)

it wont work when i try to put the controller in the middle...it automatically goes to the right or the left.

Yeh same here. It doesn't let you put it into the middle.

while playing the match i press start then go to controller setting then controller 2 'my converter had two places for joypad' .. then i press x button on controller two .. then go to player setting and go to right direction and guess what ? i'm playing 2 player now.

P.S. I haven't tried to play PES2008 demo 2 player but I done a similar trick (the one I described) to get two player with PES5 demo. But note, that the above 'trick' will only work if you have a converter with 2 or more joypads running off the same USB port.

maybe he has a Speedlink converter so he can play with PS2 gamepad on PC, right ??

Obviously he can play with ps2 on pc, but that's not the question.

Anyway, has anyone gotten this to work? Or are there any other ways?

Like I said before......

I HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED THIS WITH PES2008 DEMO....

I now only own one working PS2 gamepad.

But I got a similar trick to work with the PES5 demo when I had a USB converter with two PS2 pad ports on it.....

I picked this information up on evo-web on the link that I have provided....try going there and PM the guy or something...

the chaps name was Rivaldo or somehting.....but u will see that for yourself if you click on the link I have provided above.

Same as last time, I HAVEN'T TRIED IT OUT FOR MYSELF so if you cant get it to work no use in getting narky with me.

It WORKS !!!
just copy the kitserver folder to pes08demo folder & install the kitserver.
