pes 2008 scenario mode?

Anyone know if rumours of the scenario mode coming back to pro evolution soccer are true, they were scrubbed after International Superstar Soccer 2 i believe? but I have heard they are going to have mission mode on this one which could be similar? can anyone confirm this or also seen this?

I heard the mission mode is only on the PS2 version of PES 2008. A money spinning tactic to make you buy it. I might be wrong, but thats what I heard.
