I just took a crash course in ImageReady to make the one above. It's like photoshop, you just add frames and switch off layers on different frames. That sort of thing.

they best way is to "play" around with the software. There are billions of tutorials out there. Look for tutorials on "cutting around images" or something, as that will be most useful.
