How do you register created players with club teams?

Go to the team you want to register the player to and press Y, then go to unregistered players, he should be there.

does anyone know how to do this for the PC? i created kenwyne jones and Kamara for sunderland and fulham as they dont feature but dont know how to put them in the teams.
