extract using winRAR and use Game Graphic Studio to open cv_0.img then right click on corresponding files and import over with the downloaded files.

I have all the boots working except the blue nike vapors, they don't seem to load.

Are you aware of this problem?

The blue Nike ones are to large a file to fit over the original. Just dont use the replacement one, its not that good looking anyway lol .
