well, linking park is a boys band but at least they produce some good songs i really like: high voltage, in the end and lots of their old songs, about the last album it was good too but i prefer: leave out all the rest, you can't say it sucks.

i really like coldplay too.

I won't take it back since I don't like 3/4 of the songs in that album. I do like "Leave Out All the Rest" and "Bleed it Out" but their style has changed a lot. :no:

they said they were going to try new things, with new instruments and new styles. I do prefer their old style but the new songs aren't bad at all.

Linkin Park are not a boy band at all. They are a first class soft rock/alternative rock band. They have changed with the times, more people now go for softer stuff instead of heavy screaming. Only really good bands can make this sort of transition and still be successful.

they've been doing that since hybrid theory, changed a bit in the last album though you can see some traces of their old style in some of the songs.

So bands like Coldplay and Bloc Party are boy bands aswell. I've never heard them being referred to that. The usual term of boy bands, is lads who love themselves, find themselves as a bit of a Diva.

Equivalent of the Spice girls yet male, eg - Busted, McFly.

Linkin Park's new album is boring and wank. The music has always been crap, but at least the first 2 albums were enjoyable. The latest one was just too boring to listen to since they took themselves seriously.
