Is it just me or vice city the biggest rip of to scar face!!! Everything to it, from the mansion to the things like the malibu.
Why is vice city exactly the same as scar face??... even the name is preety much the same. Toni then you have (vice city name, which is) Tommy!! Complete rip off. What do you's think??

If you listen to FlashbackFM on GTA3 all the songs on there are on Scarface. I'd say it's a safe bet the makers of GTA liked that movie.
