hello,
I am running on a Intel Core Dual 6700 @ 2.66 GHz with 2GB or RAM.
My monitor is really fast is a flatscreen which runs at 2ms / 3000:1.
I am getting problem with the graphics when the video is moving fast. The video seems to not load the information fast enough and I see crooked images like as if some one cut the image horizontally and misaligning it for a quick second and wait for the game to catch up.
My graphic card as a control panel...but there are so many options and I am not very tech-savy so I dont know which on to change.
There is stuff like V-Sync, triple buffer, and anti-alias...of course, being a newb that I am with and this is a new computer, I dont know what I am looking at.
Please help...much appreciate it.

Try turning the Vertical Sync on to see what effect it has and then off again and if neither are good, describe the differences in picture quality. If it doesn't solve the issue, tell me whether you have the 640MB GTS or the 320MB version. Also, tell me which resolution you are gaming at. The 320MB struggles at 1680x1050 which is where one should be using the 640MB version.
From the 2ms, 3000:1 specification of your monitor, I'm guessing you are using a top quality monitor and I don't see the display unit being a problem.

Wow...Don Sweey himself answers my question...:)
I just tried setting Vsync on and the problem still happening...but i think its reduced a little. I have this game for the PS2 as well...on the PS2 the game normally slows down during long passes...now on the PC, the texture because of choppy.
I got the 640MB GTS...
Here are my settings:
Anisotropic filtering = Application-controlled
Antialiasing - Gamma correction = On
Antialiasing - Mode = Application-controlled
Antialiasing - Setting = Application-controlled
Antialiasing - Transparency = Off
Conformant texture damp = Use hardware
Error reporting = Off
Extension limit = Off
Force mipmaps = None
Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration = Multiple display performance mode
Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample opti... = Off
Texture filtering - Negatice LOD bias = Allow
Texture filtering Quality = Quality
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization = On
Threaded optimization = Auto
Triple buffering = Off
Vertical sync = Force on
God bless!

I'm at work at the moment so can't say for sure but those settings actually look fine. I too have a 640MB GTS at the moment and did not encounter any problems whatsoever with PES6. It simply can't be a processor problem as the CPU is better than adequate.
It may be to do with the refresh rate of your monitor. Try setting it to 60hz if it isn't already. You'll find the option somewhere within the Display section of the Control Panel.

Refresh rate is at 60hz already.
Do you think its because of VISTA or are u also running on the same OS?
Also, I notice that the choppy effect happens not just during long passes but in big changes of graphics in general...
When the game loads up, and the white KONAMI logo appears, I see line dividing horizontally when the white screen fades to black...also the choppy effect becomes more frequent during the opening movie.

I played PES6 and PES 2008 on both XP and Vista x64 with my GTS.
There's a clear frame rate issue. In PES' Settings program (located within the game directory) there is the option to enable V-Sync and possibly other options. Try fiddling with those. Also make sure you have the latest graphics drivers though I assumed already that you have.
It's a simple problem to solve, I just haven't managed it yet

Unlike PES2008, there is no V-Sync option for PES6 Settings.exe. Under the Display tab, your options is limited to Screen Mode, Resolution, Quality, and Brightness.
