Sir Alex Ferguson says Liverpool will not be 'let off' by Manchester United following their failed bid to sign Gabriel Heinze.
Liverpool were confident of grabbing the defender from their arch-rivals, but a Premier League panel supported United's stance that the Argentine was not entitled to move to Anfield as a result of a letter given to his agent.
Heinze has subsequently completed a transfer to Real Madrid, but Ferguson has confirmed the champions will not let the matter drop.
"We are looking at Liverpool's whole role in this," said the United boss.
"We are not letting them off with it. That is what we are investigating.
"We will see how it comes out. David Gill is working on that at the moment. We will get to the bottom of it.
No axe to grind
"They had no chance of winning the case with Heinze. They obviously haven't studied the Premier League rules, but the comments seem to suggest a bit of a chip on the shoulder."
Ferguson also feels that Heinze's agent had too influential a role in the player's decision to seek a move away from Old Trafford.
He added: "I have no axe to grind with Gabby. He was a warrior when he played for us and a really committed player, but I would just question how much he listened to us and how much he listened to his agent.
"I just don't think he was given the right information."

If Saha has missed the bench today due to another Injury then they seriously need to offload him....

Spurs should have had a penalty and certainly deserved something from that game
Well Wes Brown saved the Berbatov shot with his chest/ribs, I think it's quite clear after watching a few replays. But I agree that Spurs probably deserved something from the game, but then again, they left Berbatov to fend for himself up front which isn't the most positive strategy.

If that was at the other end though the ref would have blew straight away
Maybe, maybe not. The ref could barely see anything anyway, so if anyone was going to decide the matter it would have been the linesman. But the fact it hit Brown's ribs may go against a possibly penalty appeal.

Actually...Adriano would do good in front but I don't think the Man Utd kit will suits him well...No just kidding he has a devil shot and strong enough to play as center forward but he is not efficient for the time being... Berbatov seems to be a good deal... He's very technical, strong (as he is tall) and understands the play... And he has much time to get better (still young).
Anelka is at his top but that will not last long...I see him as an SS but who play a bit higher and having him will make 3 SS.
For me berbatov would be a good choice..and I think tht Adriano will not be a good deal.

Sporting Lisbon
Dynamo Kiev
The 2 teams I was desperate to be in our group was Roma and Celtic, it appears as if we've got Roma, and I cannot wait. Already looking forward to our home game, just need to know the date of it now. If the atmosphere is anything like it was before, then it's going to be fucking mint.

For Huntelaar, I would say around 10 mill.

Yeah, couldn't get my mate a ticket like so will definetely have to this time. I still think Dynamo Kiev and Sporting will be a challenge and difficult tasks, it's just the sheer atmosphere and tension with Roma that excites me the most about the fixture.

I can see how it would work. I'm seeing if Rooney is further up front, Tevez will play the Second Striker role, and vice versa.
I still think we need a back-up striker though.
:shocking: fuck that, he's not that good, i can't see us buying anybody before midnight
Huntelaar is a goal-scoring machine in fairness, and I'd go wild if we signed him in January. I'd rather not rush into a last minute signing though, 95% of the time, they're shockingly bad and are only a waste so I'd rather stick it out. I mean, Saha is back now, and even though he's ridiculously injury-prone, when he is fit, he's good, fast, and gets in behind the defence. We need him at the moment, and he's back so we should be set.
Kasper Schmeichel conceads a goal..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lAN4Xym1BE
This video shows something that is a bit of a rarity at the moment: Kasper Schmeichel conceding a goal. But here he is Peter's lad aged six conceding a sloppy goal in the Old Trafford tunnel. City fans will love the sight of him decked out in his Man Yoo kit! Steve Bruce's son Alex, currently playing at Ipswich, is the man who beats him at his near post.

It seems SAF is content with Rooney and Tevez or he hopes to play more games in a 4-3-3 formation.

Concerning the performance of Anderson, I can't make a critic as he hasn't played the game fully and has been injured for a long time.
Obviously the new away kit is not going to be replaced only for the new styles! New kit=More sales.
AgentZero

its not just the away but also the home kit.
Yeah, tevez played much much better with a person ahead of him. Saha played the defenders deep giving more room for scholes and tevez to work in. Anderson played a good game regardless of the lack of impact, he was lively but would excel more IMO if he had been in the mids.
