1. Is there a way to change international teams home stadiums? if so how?

2. What stadium in the game do you think is best suited for a replacement of FC Porto's stadium Estádio do Dragão. For example Anfield, or Newlands is a best suited replacement for Manchester United's home ground "Old Trafford".

One or two peeps will find some of the spelling a 'leetle craazy' with Hamburgo and Praga, etc. but anyone downloading this ought to persevere - a LOT of work has gone into it. And it will take minimal editing to tune it to your own tastes. Nice having the Portuguese teams in and the other teams you've added improve the game. Attention to detail on kits and squads is among the best I've seen.

With stat fixes (and maybe a universal crank up for the goalie's a la NeoSeeker?) and more appearance fixes this file would be largely unbeatable. Nice one.

The away kit for Portugal is officially White since Portugal - Armenia for the Euro'08 Qualifying game. (JTMachado put a link to the new kit).

Also, during December it will be presented the new Portugal Home kit. (both of them will be used on Euro'08 Tournement).

For the GK strips, I think the home is correct. For the GK away I sincerely think it's not 100%, but I couldn't find a photo of it (I think it has a white strip near the collar).

For how we can change the licensed strips... Using the PesFan Editor 2008 you can import a kit from an unlicensed Nation to a licensed one and then you can edit the kit as you like (the name of the nation never changes, but the kits do)

As for the kits, thanks for the compliments (I'm Madwolf).
It's nice to hear/read those after many, many hours of work.
Most of them also researching for the most accurate photos of the real kits, then creating the sponsor logos, getting the most of the ingame editor is sometimes hard but I think we've done our best (or almost :D).

I also would like to credit Zerofun (from Pevolution) for the HD emblems. He saved me lots of time ;)

Sounds great, but on of the most important things for game experience is that player names are with lower case letters like in previous pes versions.
It looks terrible if the font are at capital letters.

Have you changed fonts or are they with capital letters.

You probably can't use this file--being from the states your game is in NTSC format whereas diolindo has designed his file in PAL format. In the past it was possible to convert, but not now. Pategato and red-town are working on a US format OF, it will be different but it will be something--they're both good. To make it work you will need a maxdrive, x-port, swapmagic (for bin/cue), or a modded PS2.

Their file will be out soon, so be patient. :-)

no no, you need one of things I listed. If you have a maxdrive, you'll be fine--red-town and pategato will most likely release a max version. A maxdrive and a modded ps2?--you are good to go, you can either use the max version or the bin/cue (if they do one). either way, you are more than adequately prepared. ;-)

When I used to play PES on PC, I used this option file. I think it's the absolute best, not just because I'm Portuguese want the Portuguese league, but because Machado really gets everything right.

I just hate the fact that this year I got PES 2008 for my new PS3, and there isn't a Portuguese league option file for it.

I'd be in absolute heaven if this option file was available for PS3. :(
