Hi. This is a guide I have seen which seems quite useful for many aspects of the game.

There is a section for making kits and flags at the bottom.

Guide (http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/pro_evolution_soccer_2_a.txt)

If there is a copyright problem I am not aware of, I will apologise and take the link down.
But in the meantime, it's worth checking out.

I have used this guide (or one very similar, not sure) to make the kits and flags on my option file and it took ages.
The flags look great.
Some of the kits don't look as good as the originals due to the limited colour palette so in some of the cases, you should compare the original and the edited version and see which you like the best. This mostly occurs where the orignal kit is white or another plain colour throughout.

Enjoy.

Yeah, it's a very good guide. Used it myself a while back, updated all of the kits, but not all of the badges, as some of them looked quite unclear in the small view (e.g. when selecting a club to play as) due to the over-detail of it.

Also, the Chelsea one looks appallingly bad. Did you notice this?

Yeah the Chelsea one is awful.
But I used the one in game (I think it is green) and made some modifications to make it look great.

I will check the one on this site and if mine is better, I will supply the digits.

Yeah, both of the links above are being directed to a GameFAQs error page.
Anyone know a way around this?

Mine was actually linking to

The site has moved. Still, in the GameFAQ's page, search for Pro Evolution Soccer and there should be a nice FAQ near the beginning. It's the one by the ISS lover from Paris. Ah oui.
