Hi all.
Maybe somebody can point me in the right direction, i've tried to search the posts .
I'm trying setup a tournament amongst my mates but we are at a quandry at how to rank the teams.....has anybody been able to collate all the teams stats either by player by player or by squad and established as far as WE7 is concerned which is the best team......at the moment i think Man.Utd and Real are by far the two strongest teams but any links or stats would be very welcome.
TIA.

I rate all of them. Some more highly than others. Aren't I helpful. :p
You seem to have a pretty good idea of how to collate the stats - so go for it! Post the results here so we can all abuse someone else's knowledge for once, rather than vice-versa.
Us PESInsight regulars get annoyed of helping people all the time. :p

If only you knew...i've had this game little more than a month, have played the cpu teams in the master league which i've had to restart after going over budget......can beat it on 3* but struggle with 4 & 5. This past week-end i played in a tournament against some work mates and got me ass kicked.......mainly thro' lack of knowledge of the club teams and their respective strengths.......they plan a rematch so i decidede to arrange a comp between my close friends and cousins which is why i asked. I'd like to pick balanced teams.
You could try and compare the five meters on the screen where you select the home and away teams.

Most people are probably going to play with updated teams and players, it will differ from person to person as to which teams are the best.
Aren't those bars useless? I think they just stay the same regardless of how good the players in the team are.
Arsenal are probably the best on the game and then, from my experience, Juventus. Both Milan clubs are decent too.
The bars do reflect the players on the team. They are pretty useless, though.

If you're playing as a club, I'd go for Real Madrid or AC Milan.

Why can't you just do it using common sense?
Real Madrid
AC Milan
Inter
Man Utd
Juventus
Arsenal
Chelsea (If updated)
Barcelona

I actually find the bars give a pretty good overview. Although they only take into account first-XI's don't they?

MasalaWalla, maybe try to persuade your friends to make your cup for national teams as they are more balanced. France, Brazil, Argentina are an easier choice.

Thanks guys.
What i've decided to do is study the squads of all the teams and try and tally the player value for each and use that to rank the teams.....
ps. i'm running WE7 and its updated with WEleaders patch incase my results cause any confusion

hi all, u all need to learn to play soccer. it is not bout the teams but the way u play the game. it doesn't matter which team u choose if u can score goals & defend u can win.
I've played with many teams & i get promoted in the first season without accuiring any players.

I hop Man Utd are better in this game than they were in PES3 (can somebody answer this for me!) I think the teams id prefer to play as now would be them, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Inter, Barcelona & Juve
Aresenal are VERY strong without changing stats etc....not sure about Man U, but Inter Milan, Real Madrid are up there, as are many of the fringe teams...River Plate etc...not because of individual players, but they also seem to play differently with different styles, long passes etc...I consistently get beaten by people like Benfica, Sprata Praha etc...somehow...

for me, the best team is Real Madrid. Juventus and Arsenal are very good to play with, but like neomohamed said, it's the way u play. make sure you're tactic is good for your style of play and if you really know how to play, then it won't make a difference with whom you play. maybe you need a bit of practice

Inter Milan are really good for sum reason they are a decent team but better than juventus? martins is so fast an mihaijlovic is ace at free kicks
if i had to pick a national team it would be the czech republic, they are probably the most consistent and have one of the best midfields(rosicky, nedved.pobor sky and jarosik)
i dont know if anyone has noticed but the teamwork bar is the difference between the good and the bad teams

Is it not possible to edit and improve the individual stats of the players of your favourite club and make them a better team?

Why not England? Beckham, Gerrard, Lampard, Shaun Wright Phillips - what more can you ask for?
