Championship option file

[montyblade]

Hey guys, last year titch brought out the british option file but this year he isnt, so i took it upon myself to bring out a file for the championship.

I have created the whole usual stuff of prem kits, and taken as a base the lower case font from pesfan option file.

therefore this file has:

-prem kits
-lower case names
-all 24 championship teams made from scratch in other leagues c, as well as 6 teams in the other leagues b

THESE ARE:

A .Psv version is for people who play the ps2 version on their ps3, if you cant do it no worries mate ill have to get a max drive instead to get this excellent option file.

I just tried downloading this file onto my maxdrive coz it looks wicked and i've been looking for a championship one for ages but everytime i try a window pops up saying:
cannot copy the disk is write protected
remove the write protection or use another disk

can anyone help?

any idea why sheff weds salary in master league is a whopping 61k? :O
players wages are abit odd. jeffers earns a mighty 3 quid per season whereas about 6 players earn 5k. makes the wage bill ridiculous.

My Max drive stick has a lock/unlock switch on the side of it to protect acidental removal of files etc, does yours have this? make sure its in the unlocked position.

If you're trying to download onto your max drive theres a simple switch on the max drive stick with a open and close lock picture on it. Chances are that's switched to lock meaning you won't be able to move anything to the folder until you've flicked it to open? Hope that helps?

Sorry to jump in and i hope i'm not stepping on anyones toes here, but as i'm currently working on something like this i think it may be of interest!

I'm currently working (and nearly 85% completed) a new season 2008/09 OF for PES2008 (PS2). I've been dabbling in OF creations for a while but never released one until now. For the past few years i've based my own OF's on the great work of Titch and MontyBlade (to name but two), and always adapted my OF to suit me personally.

This year i'm going to release the OF in the hope that my hard work may be enjoyed by many others aswell as just me and my mates.

Been working pretty hard on it for the past few months and it has/will have...

*The usual updated (and in order!) teams, names, kits and players that all us 'English' based players would like ;) ... plus ...
*The updated Championship teams (with Birmingham, Derby, and Reading now with the Championship teams), emblems, kits and players - ALL 24 CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS(6 in 'Other league B' and rest in 'C') ...
*10 of the 12 SPL teams with names, emblems, kits, and players ('other league B') ...
*All new emblems (e.g. QPR and others!!) for the 08/09 season updated...
*All transfers, squad #'s and kits updated as and when they occur...
*Updated national teams, kits, #'s where possible...

As you can imagin this involves quite a bit of work, but im getting to the stage where i might be able to release a 'beta' OF soon (in plenty of time for the new season!), where people can let me know what they think and change things for themselves!

As i say, i'm about 85% there - i just need some help with the players for Donny Rovers, Forest and Swansea - so if anyone out there has them already on an OF i'd be eternally grateful and would credit you when i release my OF!! I then just need to update kits/transfers/squad no's as they happen/are confirmed...(i may also need people to look at some of the foreign leagues which may not all be up-to-date yet!)...

i'm hoping to release the 1st version in about 2 weeks (depending on peoples responses to my need for forest, donny and swansea players OF), so keep a lookout for it!...

That sounds great! Funnily enough I've been doing something similar but coming more from the SPL angle; I've got all non Old Firm SPL teams in teams 'C' (all based on Jamborossi's great OF) and the best of the Championship in the remaining teams 'C' and 4 others in teams 'B' (based on Montyblade's [based on Titch's] OF). I'll consider releasing it when I'm fully happy with it tho' it did start purely for my own use! Seriously, I'm glad someone's keeping the Championship thing going but mine is aimed more for followers of the SPL but has all latest EPL stuff and Euro 2008 too.
