Take into account my past 4 phones have been Sony Ericsson.

Not a lot of memory is needed as I'm happy with 500+ songs. WiFi is important. Needs to look sexy. Must be unlocked SIM free. Future proof for about a year.

I like the looks of Sony Ericsson W960i.

And it's a Walkman.

So that'll be my choice.

i chose iPhone , cause it has quite alot of cool features but problem is , is that its a bit pricey

Looking sexy being one of your requirements, the Nokia is instantly out of contention. The iPhone is for losers. The P1i is okay. The 960i is the best of the bunch, I would say.

the iphone is nice but it hasnt got a camera on it has it :S well thats what i got told lol. so i personally would go for the w960i
