Read on ebay a few times from sellers saying all PS3 games work on all machines is this true? or a load of selling mumbo jumbo spiel!!
Yes, PS3 games are region free.
Blu-Ray discs are not.

Yeah that's right.
Just make sure that your TV supports NTSC signals before you go out and buy a US or Japanese PS3 game.
