Yup, Rivaldo against Valencia & Bergkamp against Leicester (lol) were the two that sprung to mind first.

Both just fantastic, both end with sublime goals as well.

I've never seen the Rivaldo hat trick, but i'm itching to see it now. Especially if people are classing it as one of the best hat tricks ever it's got to be pretty good

Shearer's versus Leicester in the 96/97 season is a favourite of mine.

3-1 down at home, Shearer comes back with an amazing hat-trick in the closing spell of the game, with his free-kick being possibly the hardest shot I have ever seen, he hit it that hard he actually injured his groin in the process.

Hasselbaink against spurs in 2002 , its also a perfect hat trick which makes it special, two of the goals are awesome and one is a relatively simple header..

A superb hat-trick. The overhead kick alone is fantastic, and what's more incredible is that it was last minute and it meant Barca were in the Champions League the following year. I can't currently think of a better but from the others that have been posted, I'd say Rivaldos is better than both Bergkamps and Rooneys.

don't have a video but what about james hayter's hat trick for bournemouth against wrexham about 3-4 years ago?

came on in 84th minute and scored 3 times in just over 2 minutes

Aye Rivaldos for me.

Of course Bergkamps and Rooneys spring to mind also.

Not the best goals ever, but to score a hat-trick on your debut vs the scum is a gd hat-trick for me:)

What about Kanu's hat-trick against Chelsea a few years ago?

We were 2-0 down, away, against Chelsea with fifteen minutes to go, then Kanu scored three brilliant goals and won it for us.

I really do love that one, but for me it is definitely the Rivaldo one, then Bergkamps, then Rooneys. I was waiting for a scouser to post the Crouch one.
