Winterals is a set of administrative tools that allows users to perform tasks with in Windows even when Windows fails to load.
Winternals allows you to boot from its live cd, access Windows without needing a password, change password when in Windows, recovered deleted data, and change partitions without losing data and much more.
Winternals has tools that can repair damage Windows installations.
You can use it as you would use a Linux live cd, in theory you can access the net by using this live cd but I’ve never got my network card drivers to load.
Winterals is not free, there are not many places you can legally obtain the live cd because Microsoft has bought out the company that developed Winternals.
