Goal replays To P.C

Does anyone know how to get your goals that you save and put them on your p.c to put on youtube and stuff. i have put the save filed on to a usb stick and then my p.c cant read the file that is the goal. need a format converter or something but it doesnt tell you anywhere what format it is in or anything.

open to suggestions or would love the straight answer if you know it.

what i did was use my camera and record the replays and put them onto the computer. easiest way i reckon.

i know but it is a shit picture. there is a way that you can put your actual goals as they are seen on your replys on the normal TV.

u wud need 2 download a winrar i guess its seem more logical because of how the data wud come up on the usb
