Transferring Option File To XBox 360

you will need a modded/flashed xbox 360
game graphic studio 7.4.0
a clean iso of pes2008
dual layer discs
imageburn or similar program

and a patch of your choice!

how to get an iso of pes2008

you can make one using a back up by reading it to your desktop

you can make one from original game if you have a samsung drive with kreon firmware

you can download one from a newsgroup or torrent site




ok, download a patch , make sure you download every part!

you might need to change your imageburn settings,

start imageburn, click tools,then settings, then write, under options on the right hand side , tick user specified and type in box 1913760.
click ok when finished and exit program.

ok start game graphic ,click file, then open, and locate your iso from desktop, and open!

the parts of your iso will appear in the box in the top left of ggs (game graphic)

you only work with the top left box ok!

click cv0 and the parts should apppear underneath the left box.

just answer no to any questions

right click the same cv0 and import over your cv0 from your patch, if done correctly a bar graph will appear in the top of ggs,

when it has finished click no to the question then ok
that is how you patch, repeat process with all parts,

to add individual boots etc, locate where the boots are in your game, cv_0 7540's and import the boot bin over the boot you wish to change, sometimes the boot wont fit, if people on the site have said that they work,trust them and import the boots in bmp mode,

to import single kits ,you can try to import the png of the kit, by finding where the kit is located in cv_0 , clicking it, click the kit you want to change,it should appear in big window, right click the white surrounding area, open, then locate your new png, when it appears in the big window, drag it down over the kit pic you want to change then let go

sometimes kits work-sometimes they dont

when you have finished adding all parts exit ggs, you dont have to save,

double click the small file in your iso folder to start imageburn ,and burn at 2.4x

goalposts can be changed and you will find them in cv1 stadium 36

hi steveo, i downloaded the patch you did,& thanks for all the effort. i see you've removed it, because of complaints, which is a shame, cos people should appreciate all the time you've put in,& free help you give out. anyway, i've downloaded the music,i'm pretty sure correctly, its showing as cs.img & coming up as 1.10gb. with all the patches, if i've done it correctly, it tells you after you extract 1 part to then extract part(whichever number), & so on. if i'm right this then shows up as a folder called 'patch for base' though i was a bit unsure as properties show it as only 10.2 mb? could you tell me if i've done this right please mate? thanks a lot

get all parts of the music patch csimg i think there are 8

right click the csimg number 1 and extract here , it will then extract for you, but make sure you have winrar installed

hi mate, yea, i've got all the music patch thanks mate, & i think i've got that ok, it was the other patches,that you've now removed, i was unsure that i'd done right, parts 1-7.i've done it the same way as how i did the music, but i'm not sure i've done it right or not,its given me a folder on my desktop called 'patch for base', is that what i should get? its 10.2mb. i'm pretty new to this stuff & bit unsure if i've got it right. thanks. i noticed at the end, in the winrar diagnostic box i got the message blah blah \my documents\part7\patch for base.part19.rar : you need to start extraction from a previous volume to unpack patch for base\cv_1.img. any ideas?

u always unpack by clicking the smallest rar and extract to

the 7 rars should all extract to 3 or so more in each leaving u with about 19 rars then extract again to show your images

hi steveo, just a question before i burn my patched up version onto disc, when i downloaded 1 of the parts of the patch that was on filefront i noticed you'd also uploaded some other files on there, stadiums_36, boots_7536, unnamed_25, & a folder called balls boots screens world map sky sports. could you tell me if these are included in the patches already, or if they are extra material that i can add on before i burn? thanks a lot mate

hi steveo, my discs finally arrived today so tried a burn, on aone discs,got some vertabims as well, but wanted to make sure i'd got it working properly first. i burnt the iso to my desktop using imgburn(changed settings as stated) on a backup i already had, downloaded patch and added in wth ggs, bar graph filled up & all ok. burnt disc by right clicking mouse on my desktop iso, selected burn using imgburn, comes up with file size 7,835,516,928 bytes, which i think sounds about right, clicked the write to disc box at bottom, waited to burn, put in 360, but after spinning & reading just said unplayable disc. any ideas if i've done something wrong here? you stated about clicking on 'the small file' to burn,but i wasn't sure what or where this was. or should i try aother disc? thanks for any help you can give me

when you rip an iso to a desktop folder there will be 2 files , one small and one 7 gb double click the small file to start the burn, also if you used aone unless u know that they def work , they might be no good for your 360

your size of the iso is far too big, my iso size is 7,651,872 gb

ok mate, i tried it with a verbatim disc, and this time in the disc tray its showing as pes 2008. it starts to load, the small blue pes2008 logo is in the bottom corner with the bubbles rising from it then it keeps cutting out with the this disc is unreadable msg, & clean the disc. the discs are brand new & despite giving them a couple of wipes, it just keeps doing the same. any ideas mate? thanks

Hi I am new here What file is the cv_0 also using afs explorer only allows afs files I got a bootpack pes2008 x360 It has a folder cv_0 with boots which are bin files in the folder so please help what shouid I do ggs says: cannot find Afs & SLPM files into ISO file please help also should i use a blank dvd-rom or PES2008-DVD thanx

have you tried deleting the cache on the hd and how new is your 360 as i solved the problem by altering the pot

I really need help, i have just looked at one of the patches someone has made and it is amazing. something which i really want, but...i dont know where to start.

I read a little bit and it was saying you must have your 360 flashed etc? how do you know if it is etc?
Also when you download it, it will be on your PC how on earth do you get it on to the 360? where to you put it?

its just all to complicated. Wish there was a disc or something you could buy that has all this on you just dropped in and saved to your game or something lol!!! also is there anyway you can change boot colours or make boots without having a patch etc.

iso is the image of the game disc. cv_0 is one of the files in the iso, the one that contains all the kits, numbers, fonts, etc.

Alright guys,been looking through this thread an i'm not gonna bore yous by asdking you the same questions people keep asking over and over.

but my predicament is this,up until this year i play pro on the ps2 converted to 360 this year cause its was the obvious choice plus the demo was great.back on the ps2 to you could use memory cards to share option files so basically what i'm saying is this,i don't have a flashed or chipped xbox,i don't know a thing about gettin that done and i'd be happy if i had really team and player names

is it possible for me to get this or will i have to rename and chnage it all myself?

if you've got a memory card for your 360, get a "Datel Data Transfer Kit" - £8(ish)

I have download the option file D&B Elite option file.

- When iI open Game Graphic Studio I load the .iso file of pes2009.
Then I get this (step 1):

As you can see I only can select .img files but i have in my folder of D&B Elite Option file only .bin files. So how can I import it then?

Can somebody please tell me what to do or what I have done wrong?

i may have got the complete wrong end of the stick.....but it appears you are trying to patch the game with an option file.

to use the D&B Elite Option file option file u need to get a tool such as xport/xsata or a memory transfer kit....and then u can put the option file directly onto your 360 HD.

the GGS software is for patching the game.

I thought I could change the orginal .iso file of pes2009 to add an option file in it with GGS.

well my understanding is ggs is for patching, and option files can only be used through a data transfer tool such as the ones i mentioned, hope this helps.

Well what is the different then between an option file or a patch? Is there a patch made for PES2009? Is there a tutorial for the memory transferkit?

well pal,ive finally got this on my hdd.what i did was

1.open the xport as administrator

2.then i opened Xplorer360 as administrator.here i opened my hdd to see my files.partition 3 then pes file,then ooooooo1 part

3.then in Xplorer go to edit and insert file,from here u add the bin files one by one(pain in the ass i know).after you've added all the files you can drag the files from Xplorer to xport and thats basically it

very easy when u know how pal.someone was kind enough to give me this info so its my duty to pass it on as it wrecked my head something awful

Is it possible to apply only part of a patch???
For example, if I want to apply only boots or chants and leave everything else as it is, will it work???
For PS2 there were various packs like boot pack, chants pack, face pack etc., but for Xbox 360 there are only entire patches.

Please answer.
