Here is an option file that I made and use. It has a couple of the big transfers that happened over the winter. It is based on J708's file. I made many modifications to it though, but none of them are based on actual statistics. I just made the option file so it played the way I thought it should. The option was made for WE9 PC, but it will probably work for PES5. I do not know how to make it work for any of the consoles. Hope you enjoy.

Hey! Thanks for your work, but this option is not very good:
1. Age of the players is not correspond with reality
2. Some player are missing. At first glance: where is Ivanovich in Chelsea? Where is Skrtel in Liverpool? Why Sissoko still in Liver? Hi joined to Juventus after African Cup of Nations.
...and so on

It's my OPT-file
Just recompiled English PL. Some players are missing (very young, unknown)
Fixed ages. Fixed condition parametr. Sixed some parameters from some players (for ex. Drogba, Drenthe, Pepe etc.)
