Such ideas with nice little sketches have been around for ages. Won't be happening for decades.

The amount of Daily Mail links around here of late is beginning to worry me.
As for the plane, I like the part about few emissions but I can't say I'm bothered about the time savings. I quite like taking a while to get to far off destinations. It reminds me that I'm actually going somewhere out of the ordinary.
The emissions thing is a con. Hydrogen is produced using fossil fuels. Allegedly it will be possible one day to get it from water (it is already but it's very expensive) but for now it's done using methane and is just as bad for the environment as anything else. Also it's going to require a lot of power to keep an enormous volume (the mass and energy densities are tiny, you need a hugely bigger volume of hydrogen than you do of hydrocarbons) of the stuff at about -250C.
Original?

Where's the windows?
"3,400 mph" - Trust me, you don't want a window!
I would. :)
I get you though...

Looks like Jeremy Beadle's plane, what with 1 big wing, and 1 little...

That is what I was going to come in here and say. Though I'm sure if you'd 'use' it for business purposes it would be a blessing.
Perhaps not for the company's finance though ;)
