Before I got a PC and the net, I used to do my own editing, going back to the N64. I had to use the World Soccer magazine for updating.
It was only when I got pes5 that I used watson's OF. I use do all the emblems in game before then! :D

When I got 6, I thought OK, I've got to send more time playing this one
than editing. I checked some of the line ups of my different teams this morning and thought meh.... I can't be bothered. :D
I will miss them, but I'm kinda looking forward to doing the Bundesliga with Dortmund anyway, Dede is a legend!

what do you mean? all you have to do is rename the file, for PC anyway, they should be compatible because there is no real difference in the two versions

The US (PES 2007) and Euro (PES 6) is different.
If you make Option File for PES 6, then it's only compatible with PES 6 only.

But im going to continue playing my file without the transfers and new kits, i like the realistic approach on appearances and boot assignments, wich can substitutes for the transfers and uptodate kits not in my file. Your previous Ultimate file was the best, as it was a PES6 OF belter!. This one is your last file and it isnt as polished as you say.

Good file, worth downloading for everybody who still plays "The King" PES6.

Of course there's always gonna be "mistakes" in any OF, in my case, I like playing with Peru and they have a new kit. (And I prefer some of my own kits.)
But it doesn't take long to change these very minor things. And at the end of the day we're lucky to have someone produce an OF (for an old game) that we can tweak to our likening. (Now that most of the time consuming work has been done for us.) ;)

yeah i feel the same way still got my PES 5 AND PES 6 AND WE 9 ( JAP VERSION ) BUT I CAN'T PLAY THEM ON MY NEW PS3

I was just starting to enjoy this update only to realize that every single player either has condition 7 or 8. Ok not every player but most. Even someone as poor as Chris Eagles has condition 8. Even Dong Fangzhuo for crying out load has 8..

Use a PS3 Memory Card Adapter to transfer your files from a PSOne or PS2 Memorycard directly onto the Playstation 3.

because i was asked could i make a file for ps3,i dont have a ps3 i have an xbox so i cant make a file for ps3 I CANT MAKE A FILE FOR PS3,nobodys looking for a ps3 file,if you read the posts they are looking for a ps2 file to play on their ps3s,and i own both a ps2 and psp

goalgerd I know you've made no promises regarding an updated OF,
but if you do find the time, I think it would be cool to replace one
of the CL teams with Zenit St Petersburg.
(There's already an OF with them on, so you could just update them from that.) Like I said I know you've made no promises, just thought I'd mention it. ;)

Sorry to read that, but I don't blame ya one bit.

Don't think I'm gonna have the time or can be bothered to add all the newly promoted teams myself. I think I might just replace some of the German teams with other European teams off other OFs and just do some of the major transfers that happen.

As I promised myself I'd do more playing, than editing with Pes6. :D
(I only bothered getting 6 over Christmas, and haven't really rinsed it out like previous games)
