Should also be available on Windows Update but it isn't for me and Microsoft have listed eight possible problems preventing Windows Update from seeing the Service Pack.
The Service Pack is supposed to fix a number of issues, moves files around 50% faster (which is needed considering XP does the job faster on my machine) and brings the PC back from sleep much more quickly.
