How can I change league configuration ? I have Evolution Patch II and want use some teams from Other C (Eredivisie) in my default ML. Please help !

Sorry, selecting League C teams is not possible, unless you transfer some of the Dutch teams to the other leagues.
ie. kinda like making your own patch.

Maybe can edit some of files ? But which and how ?

Depends what type of patch you are using. Isit the ones with or without KitServer?

I can only help with the traditional style patches (through cv_0.img and cv_1.img).

You would have to swap the kits of teams that you want to use/not use in ML. Same applies with the players.
The kits would have to be replaced using GameGraphicStudio, and the player names can be edited in game. But if I remember correctly, the team names would have to be Hex Edited.
Heres the list of bin slots for the team kits (only has unliscensed teams on this list):

This would take alot of effort, so if you are still interested I'll help you look for a few tutorials.
