how do you use this???

just fill the FM player stats in Card Index worksheet, and after that select the player position (eg:GK,CB,etc at the bottom of the page).
And now u hv your PES player stats

What are the two empty tables for at the beginning and end of the card index sheet for?

Goalkeeper's stats don't seemt o be right at all, either, as there is no way to enter their stats (Goalkeeping attributes rather than Technical attributes)

yep, theres a bug for the goalkeeper stats
