I need some help ... I'm really struggling scoring goals
I've tried ArbenDB's hybrid formation and Kent's 4-4-2 but nothing seems to be working.
Some typical stats for me are
Shots: 7
Shots on goal: 4
Possession: 55%
My problem seems to be getting behind the defense ... many times when I try through balls they bounce off the defenders leg ...
When I try to build the attack slowly I find it hard to make space for a shot ...

I just want to be as good as this guy ...

BTW ...
I play PES5 but since the games are similar and this forum is more active I posted here ...

As it seems, the way you seem to play is "All out attack". Try and play more possetion football and build up your attacks, use your wingers if you can. play 1- 2's. Occasionaly play a different formation. But one word i will say which is important......"PRACTICE". Go to training mode and pass between your players. Hope i helped and good luck!;)

Play the 1-2, and when you're returning the ball, try an over the top lob.

Don't take on defenders 1v1, pass your way around them and make good use of your wingers.

What the guy above says, and look to hange your wingers positions to give you more width. Then look for lob through balls, but its generally about being good with the ball when you win it back, keeping the ball is key. Sometimes this requires fast passing, sometimes not.

Counter attack. Draw them in and smack them up, just like Holland!
