Hmm damn well u can definitely see that the game is faster and the players do respond quicker.....so id say i might be able to pick up both PES 2009 and FIFA 09

The game play looks better. The one thing i wish they'd do is take away the kick-ups, because well lets face it. When do you see players stand still and start doing kick-ups mid game. Save that for FIFA Street
Nice find, i must say the animation looks neat especially in the sliding tackle around about 1 min 20 in the video. Definitely buying it this year.
Gee, the AI looks good, might have to give that a try this year!
There is also a full version of that video on youtube. in case people don't know about

looks impressive def getting both again this year
Is it just me or does it look like the tempo is 100mph ? I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous, I'd rather the pace of the game be realistic and I don't know if it's me personally but I've always hated the fast-paced unbalanced PES releases, such as PES 2008 for example.
This looks poor from what is available to see so far.
When i watch the premier league the pace is very high. I think if the pace is higher its much fun to play. But it depends how the game play is
The games still in slightly early development, they got a few months yet till release so i'm sure if they wanted to they could tone down the speed. Though it could just be the video. Playing FLV on youtube speeds them up a LOT!!!
still the animation looks really impressive.
I'm for the first time since FIFA 2004 considering giving it another chance. Only thing that PES got on FIFA is the gameplay, if FIFA can get close to what PES got I'm going to start playing FIFA again.
Noticed one thing tough, is it just me or does the numbers on the shirts seem very small?
you noticed that from the very poor quality video? :O
it's not a biggy for me tbh!
The number being small is always there on Fifa. The video quality isn't that good to fully decide if Fifa is good or not, but the animation sure looks good.
the off the ball movement doesnt look that good again, the full backs arent overlapping at all and the formations seem as static as last year which is dissapointing. Hopefully this is just the way the teams tactics are set, i will deffo be gettin both games this year, incase pes 2009 sucks as bad as 2008. Im lookin forward to the be a pro mode alot too!

I think Fifa 09 is gonna be more than a contender for Pro evo on the pc. I think this year pc version of Fifa is gonna be high def and that is good enough for me. This year I might just buy Fifa and ignore ro evo. A punsihment for konami :)

gonna wait until demo is out to decide on if I should get the game or at least better game play videos.
Looks slightly arcadey but i think this is becauase in the video pass assistance is turned on so every pass reaches its target, this makes the game look faster which is not a good thing.

Wow,
That looks fucking fantastic..shame the stupid cunts at EA aint releasing the so-called ' next-gen' version for the PC.
For us high-end PC gamers, it will be PES or bust for 2009.

Like I said made, 'PS2 Gen FIFA09' for PC owners, as PS2 footie games is clearly all our Quad-Core 4Gb DDR3 1Teraflop Gfx card PC's can handle......... Hey, but if the stupid arseholes at EA dont want to make money from the PC market then that is up to them.
