PES6's was good, why change it? PES2008's is effing useless, you can';t see any of the other options asied from the one you are on - which makes it pointless really. This one isn't much better

There's outer glow on the right hand side of the concaved rectangles. They're fake. And look an awful lot like one of the covers on the cover competition on WENB!

This game is so heavily NDA'd that you'd be lucky to get a snippet of a chair in the stand without Konami's say so.

Paul Henry's screen looks unreal, below the HDTV is samsung's logo. Could be a samsung's booth, from the environment didnt look like Konami's booth. If there is a screen on public like that, I'm sure it would not be a secret anymore.
The one above you looked photoshoped too, there are rough edges on Messi's figure. and the blurring effect at the bottom didnt feel right.
What I can tell is this, if there is a screen shot, it would be official from Konami. Do you think that screen shot are leaked so easily unnoticed, we are talking about a big company here, and eventhough someone can take a photo of the screen shot, who might it be? Bringing camera into Konami's development lab? Even some museum in my country wouldnt allowed camera in. It looks good but still looks fake to me.

If it truly is real, then press one of the buttons to start a league or exhibition match or edit mode or something. Press a button that takes you past that screen. :happy:

Ask Konami they confirm you a fake i say it is all for a big joke. I think they not do this.
Whether or not its your game or someone elses game, you just proved me right by posting the youtube video. If the game is complete now and it is onscreen publicly like the pic you posted, wouldnt all the website be releasing news and doing interviews regarding the screen? I'm guessing its just a patch.
The other thing is that the menu colours man, its red combined with Argentinas blue stripes??? Come on its an eyesore, it doesnt even match. If its true then Konami better hire some fine artist!
You know, news are good, but news that is fake and still stand by it, its not good man. Just show some gameplay already.
People, this has to be fake. With a patch you can create leagues etc. Well, you can also change the background with anything you want.

for anyone that has faith in my other info (WENB certainly do), then please believe me this is not real. i have not seen the menu, but i have been told it features 2 blurry nonstar players. certainly not Messi

...For a few seconds anyway, until I realised that David Beckham was in the background with his LA Galaxy shirt on, and they're not in 09 just for the sake of (Beckham) having them, are they?

I agree but if i turn the game on and see some second rate, last-gen mock up staring me in the face i will immediatly think, " i can see konami have put the usual effort into this game then, ....F.uck all"
The hole game needs serious next gen attention. Major overhaul. I agree the gameplay needs alot of work, but the general look of the game is still so so dated, its tacky to be honest!

A Menu is nothing Important, most of us agree in that... But really how hard can it be to make a decent looking Menu??
How hard can it be?? Oh and the PES08 Menu was (probably) The worst looking Menu I've ever seen. Say what you want, but this menus look more like the Menu of a PS1 game -rather- than the Menu of a PS3 game.

Best menu goes either to Pes 4 or 6.

Personally I loved the music of PES1, don't ask me why but I think it's simply awesome.

Ok I am a web designer. I can 100% tell you that this has been made by an amutor. This will not be the PES2009 menu - its a fake on youtube.. someone trying to gain traffic to his site by publishing some 10min piece of art. :)
I think the diving option is a dumb idea and a waste of a button cause that button could be used for something more important!
