PSP ML compatible with PS3 or PS2?

Quite new to this, so this might be a stupid question -

Does anyone know if a ML on the PS3/PS2 would be compatible with PSP?

i.e. would I be able to carry on with my ML when I am commuting to work etc.?

I know you can do it from the ps2 to the psp but not sure about the ps3.

I checked the PSP box of PES 2009 and it only mentions file transfers from the PS2 to the PSP. The PS3 isn't mentioned :(
