The Heart of the Statue of Liberty!

Can you do anything once you get isnide the statue, i tried shooting the heart but nothing appears to happen. Any suggestions?

It's just an 'Easter egg', you can't do anything but look at it.

My friend said if you unlock the harpoon you can hook it back, use the Sixaxis as a fishing rod to reel it in, and then when you get it you unlock Vice City as that is like a heart because everyone loved it.
