I am interested in it but I have heard conflicting information about chipped PS2s. Some say that it can detect the chip and won't work online. Some say it will.
If a chipped PS2 does work online, it may depend on which games are available.

After all that, probably yes!

My chip (DMS3) can be put into sleep mode and is therefore completely undetectable! Lovely!! Gotta get that network adaptor. :)

Just various people arguing about it on other forums.
