I must agree and i'm dissapointed that RARE couldn't take the series further because EA have made Bond game's since then and they have been very average.

If only EIDOS could get the licenses from EA, their game engine (from both Timesplitters 1&2) with the Bond theme would make an excellent hit.

to be totally honest in my opinion the best multiplayer game ever is super smash bros

I have to agree that Smash bros is pure class but I also think that Goldeneye and Mazza Kart are quality games aswell. Not so keen on the new Mazza Kart though>

Agreed when it first came out on the N64 I loved it, Diddy Kong Racing is also a good mulitplayer game

I reckon micro machines on ps1 is class. But probably Goldeneye best but like you've said we've replaced this with timesplitters 2 for the next gen.

I still play my N64 a lot. The games on it are still amazing. Goldeneye is easily still the most fun four players can have on a games console. Hardly any shooters these days even come close. Rare are genius.

ISS98 is fantastic as well, probably only bettered by PES3. I got a bit too good at it, though. With Uzbekistan (the worst team in the game), I beat Brazil (the best), on 5-star, 6-0.

ok so it wont be by rare (EA have all the rights to the bond stuff) but hopefully - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!! - they wont mess it up

Goldeneye was the best game on the N64 for me and I rate it as one of the best games ever single player and multiplayer.

I dont have an xbox but i have to say after playing 8 player on it round my mates house, it could be one of the best multiplayer games ever and maybe even beat the mighty goldeneye!

well there might be a remake of goldeneye on the ps2 but there could only be one thing better... n that is a second version of goldeneye, which is called "goldeneye2" its a official!

its being released on gamecube!!
