Offensive Language = Ban

At PESInsight we don't try to tell people what to say but we do however ask that you take into consideration the feelings of other people before using language that may be seen as offensive. We know that the majority of users are polite and in this post we apeal to those who perhaps aren't as considerate.

Failiure to comply with this non-racist attitude which we have will result in an immediate life time ban.

Swearing is frowned upon although nobody's perfect. What I am getting at is really offensive stuff. Anything racial means your gone. Anthing offensive towards somone that is seen as beyond a joke or means that we recieve a complaint will also mean a ban.

Swearing isn't really the issue here, just consider that we all come from different ethnic backgrounds.

as has been said before, swearing in general is ok because of the nature of the forums (mainly teenage boys). its just racist behaviour and swearing towards people which wont be tollerated.

I totally agree with pig - swearing is OK because that's how people are used to talk, but going overboard toward racism is another issue.

Also, (and I'll try to do that with the least self importance), from my legal education I can surely tell you that you are putting this site in jeopardy if you allow racist remarks, as someone with too much time on their hands that had suffered racial abuse (even over the net - you can read the Yahoo! case from 2001, about the Nazi memorabilia thing). Yahoo!'s got lots of money and fucking GREAT lawyers. I think I'm the only lawyer in PESinsight and I'm not that great (yet).

I know this can sound like a joke or a prank but it's just a precation. Admins take that into account.

Any proof ? As a lawyer you should know that claiming such things without any evidence can end badly for you. Also please make the tank in your sig smaller.
