I was a HUGE fan of HItman 2. IMO one of the greatest games ever, cinematic, intense, great graphics, excellent gameplay (except the fact that switching camera angles was L3) Intelligent AI. It had it all. I can't wait to get my hands on the new game. Anyone else?

I loved the 2nd one.. Stunning. It had just about everythin. 1st person shoota, shooting the shit out ov every1 to stealth hiding in a dark alley!
Brilliant.
Ive not acctually seen what this 3rd addition looks like when playin, but ive seen this little pre-rended graphics clip of it. Was very amuzing.

clip: a old astmatic man in a suit is running, stumbling, then camra flicts to 47 whos opens his brife case wips out the breratas puts then in his pocket and walks off, cuts back tot he old man, whos now getting in to a limosen and say o the driver thought a screen "hes found me" to which the screen comes down reveling 47 bar code on the back of his head. nice

Yeah thats the one i seen!! Even that was good and thats just a little clip :D

I can't get by the first level. I usually just kill the postman then get caught.

Wait until the guy comes out and then takes a piss. Kill him then take his clothes. Walk calmly into the house..NEVER RUN! The suspect meter will flash wildly but keep your cool. Wait until the boss goes out and practices his tee shot. Kill him with you silenced pistol. Then take the key and run downstairs to the basement. Then when you find the room run away through the back stairs and then out the way you came in.......

So anyone played the new one yet? It's supe, the close combat is soo much better! I love hacking dead people with the knife and painting the walls:-)
Plus the game ingeneral is much more grim.

i like hitman 1.. hitman 2 would not run on my cmp so i didn't get to play it.. but i am keen to have a go of Hitman:Contracts... Yay.. 1000th post..

Edit... i have just spent 15 minutes downloading the 200 megs demo.. so i hope it is good... for all of your sakes :D

i have played the demo.. looks good.. i love the menu.. i would alomst fire it up just to lookat it.. it is awesome... the little things are what i think are the difference between a good game and great game...

I bought it the other day. the fist level is cool, you are in a mental asylum and you have to find your way out of it, there's nobody to kill until the swat team come looking for you (the only other people on the level are mental patients who just wander round, you can still kill them though).

You can also steal a mental patients uniform so the swat teams don't kill you, this only works til you get outside though

i bought the game and think it really good.only problem is when i press the select button to get the objectives up it flickers quite badly!does anyone else's?

If you pass the training l;evel with SA rating you get this weapon that is defined as a cardboard tube..In the mission replay weapon select its a close combat weapon called "tube" when I select it, it doesn't show up when I load the level ..does anyone hae anyidea what it is or what it does...?!?!?!
