Will there be a patch that has the whole scottish top flight in it?

Nobody is sure yet. Release is still 3 weeks away.

Wait for release mate and I'm sure someone will add the Scottish league. They do it with the MLS and Brazillian leagues so I dont see why not.

You may need to wait a while though until people start messing around with the leagues.
