im tryna figure out if i want to order PES 09 from the uk or wait a month and get the north american release, I do know that PS3 games are region free so that wouldn't be an issue.
the Option File is going to be both different save files for each game you can't use one OF from PAL version in the NTSC game, so basically what im asking is who are the better PES OF editors of one who make PAL or NTSC versions??
