Tranferring data from PC to PS2

Hi, this may be old to everyone but iv jus discovered it, iv got iss pro evo2 and i want an up-dated options file for my club players, how can i do this via pc and send it to my memory card? do i need any particular hardware? i assume so but wot do i need and what is the procedure? can any1 please explain! thanxs!

Do you mean PES2 or the PS1 game ISS2?

One way to do transfer data between the two is by using an X-Port but it may not be suited for this.
There are updated PES2 option files available to download which can be easily transferred to the PS2 using the X-Port so you can play it updated very quickly and simply.
