Master League tranfers

if any one has started yet and got to the tranfer season how do u get a player when the arrow goes to your club it says tranfer succsecful then u haft to give its salary and contract years and apply and then a week later it says nogeations brokedown maybe im not offering enough for ther salary?

look at the numbers next to their name when u search the player u want, if its high that means they want to be transferred but if its low then that means theres a low chance of them being transferred also try offering more money then the amount it says.

I am finding it really hard to sign players on Master League.

So far, I have signed Ramsey, Brunt, Richard Garcia [season 1], Whelan, Barmby and Lastuvka [season 2] on loan, Cousin, Greening, Kazim, Tomkins [end of season 1] and Windass [season 2] on frees, and only signed 1 player from a straight transfer; Brunt [end of season 1]

It's why (as you can see from my signature) I've ended up with 7 strikers and 4 fullbacks - I could not offload Cousin (would have been the biggest flop ever if it weren't for Richard Garcia) to anyone in return for a fullback... really frustrating! my reputation is now C - so it should follow that I can sign D rated players from C rated clubs!
