PES 2009 Errors Fix PC

Hi, i have been having issues with my PES, couldnt complete 90mins on anything other than exibition because it kept crashing, if anyone else is having this problem, upgrade your version of DirectX to 10! i know it seems silly, but mine wast 9.0c and it didnt work, upgraded to 10 and now its fine!

i fear my excitement was premature, it worked for my first match, bt now its broken again :'(

Has anyone got a similar problem of a fix for this one?

my pc is running, an AMD Phenom 8450, 2Gb RAM and a GeForce 7600GT (256mb)

Windows XP does not have DirectX 10. Vista has no version prior to DirectX 10.

To that end, not only have you likely installed an unsupported version of what someone is claiming is DirectX 10 for XP but you also can't uninstall it without reformatting your entire computer.

i searched for 10 and found it, if xp isnt compatible, the link seems to have sent me somewer random...wierd that i could get all the way thru the game after i installed it...
