Option File change

Trying to change my Option file or at least some of it. downloaded Von's Options file, imported all copied all 143 images. i wanted only the spanish and national team kits as arsenalds didnt have that. Images would not copy over though and i ended up deleting all pes saved data, but still the Von option file still only copys the image (PNG) of the Edit data to HDD.

Any suggestion?
