Can Someone tell me how you register players youve just created into club teams cuz wen u go on register you can only seem to register them to national teams?

Unfortunately you can't register anyone to clubs.
You have to edit someone at a club into someone else.
And even then you can't change everything.

its true you cant do it, but my way around it was to have 2 memory cards, for 2 option files. i bought the cd for unlimited cash and prem teams from codejunkies, not to cheat cause ive been pro evo ever since snes and megadrive days, but to spead up the process.
on 1 mem card i edited all the world teams and updated rosters, and uploaded premiership teams and because the general standard of players was average from the disc no players would jump into any world teams!
on mem card 2 i dont use the world teams this is purely clubs with fc porto my latest addition insead of dynamo keiv. porto proudly sits on my team select menus next to teams such as u.c.l.a.s (uefa champions league all stars), la liga, serie a, premiership all stars and even the mighty classic all stars!!

so 2 mem cards proper teams and it helps until pes3
