Mick, I understand your point about the arguing. But you have to understand that you're not the numero uno top-don of all-things-Insight. OK. So you're in charge of the team, but that doesn't mean you're better than any of us. I'm a person, too!

Just as a side-note, can you stop typing in "txtspk" as it's clear to anyone with at least 4 active brain-cells that your spelling is perfectly fine when you want it to be, and it's simply your typing that is poor. Others get verbally assaulted for typing using internet short-hand, and I personally don't see why you're any different.

I'll also make your decision for you - Nifty is off of the team. Hard luck. I'd like to be on the team, obviously - that's why I signed up, albeit belatedly - but it won't ruin my life if I'm not.

And Mick, I know you can spell the word "can't" properly, so change your signature, please. The joke wasn't comical the first time I read it, and it's not one of those jokes that gets more humorous through subsequent readings.

Just to solidify my case: Is your grammar good? Because as far as I was aware, dyslexia does not affect grammar, only spelling of individual words. Therefore, you would know that the very first sentence in this thread should read "From this point..." not "for this point." And don't try telling us all you don't know the difference between "for" and "from," because I'm not buying it. And you shouldn't be selling it. That's disrespectful towards genuine dyslexics.

As far as I can see, every time you post a reply/start a topic on this messageboard, you're being disrespectful. Looking objectively, this would result in a ban. Please, change your ways.

side note: am serverly dislexic, so some time i spell me own name wrong, also the only thing am good at is math, so gramma,spelling, or oat to do with enlish is poor, when i was last tested i was told i was at a 8 yrs old leave of writing

mick, can i just ask one thing... why on earth did you see fit to make a thread such as this which is giving instructions when you are not really in any form of actual authority here. i have banned people in the past in the PC forum for trying to be 'admin' like. Although i appriciate the work your doing on the team, it was evident from the start that this thread would merely cause trouble as opposed to help avoid it.

this thread is now closed, NO ONE is getting kicked off the team, and NO ONE need worry themselves about getting banned or kicked off the team in future for the odd bit of what i think i'll call friendly name calling.
