Pretty much the usual from them. I use to really like them, but just sound pretty meh now.
Yeah everyone reaches a stale point at some point in their career. It would appear to be green-day's time.
You would've only gone so far with pop-punk anyway, im surprised they've been able to go for so long.
Stick it up your ass Miggy; the Blink reunion tour is gonna kick major bawls.
Yeah they won't last long after their 'reunion'.
I give them a year touring at most.

I worry for blink-182.
I've always thought Blink have had more of a varied sound to their songs than Green Day.
Green Day released some nice pop-punk back in the day, but it's probably best they called it a day soon.
I hate to rain on your parade of Green Day hate guys, but that isn't their new single. That is a very early demo stolen from the studio, and it isn't the version of the song that will be included on the album. The actual single is called "Know Your Enemy" and will be released in mid-april. It's supposed to be more of a rocky, Dookie style song.
Don't question the biggest Green Day fan in the world :D.

I feel sorry for you Neo, for having to love such a mediocre, increasingly commercial, loved by wannabe emo's, band. They are almost as bad as my Chemical Romance for all of the lil teeny bops running around wearing hoodies or t-shirts of them screaming that they are the best ever, kids that aren't old enough to know what real music is. Bring back the good old days of rock and original songwriting please, I beg of thee.

Yeah that's true, I did like a couple of Green Day's albums back in the day, but now they just suck ass, their style of songs has just lost appeal, it's all too commercial now, pisses me off. Oh and I won't fuck off for hating Green Day Neo but I will be man enough to admit I liked some of their stuff years back and apologise for criticising your choices.

It's similar to what's happened to The Offspring, although I'm a massive Offspring fan and think the latest album isn't too bad - much better than Splinter anyway.

Yeah, it has quite a few good tunes on it but I haven't given it a proper listen yet so I don't know where I'd rank it amongst their other albums. The 5 year gap between Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace and Splinter seems to have done them good. They're starting their tour soon but I have no idea if/when they're going round Europe.

I used to really like Green Day, back in 2004 when they released their album. Boulevard of Broken Dreams was probably my favourite. At that time, I didn't know that they stole the chord from Wonderwall, only a half-step lower.
I think Weezer are better than The Offspring. Just putting this out there.

I agree that Weezer are better than offspring.
I prefer Weezer because personally I find their music is broader, plus I think Rivers is an underated guitarist. Like the Offspring too, especially their early stuff.
Just heard Know Your Enemy. On first listen, it didn't really grab me.
