My biggest gripe with Sky HD as with the old Sky+ boxes are the sound sync problems and 5.1 crackling noises.
Im waiting until an independent manufacturer brings out a box, usually there better than the mass produced samsungs Sky give you.

Has anyone with Sky HD got the new EPG yet? They're taking bloody long rolling it out.

I'm off to a flyer lads. New EPG and ITV HD works like a dream.
Thanks to the man they call Zoolander.
I got it a few days ago. ITV HD is now viewable, I don't think you can use any of the Sky+ PVR features with it though.

I wish that we have a company that broadcasts in HD.
We're still stuck with Astro, the only provider of Satellite TV. It loses signals when it's raining. :realmad: The only good thing about it is that it broadcasts most of the 'Big 4' teams in the PL.

That happens here with Sky as well.
My sister has got the Sky+ SD service and she's been telling me about the endless amount of signal problems she has when there is heavy rain or thunder storms outside.
At the end of the day; Satellite TV is not 100% weatherproof and never has been.

Got ours well over a month ago.
On the South Coast.
You can get ITV HD on it if you search apparently.

Add channel 10510.
Go to options, and select "ADD CHANNEL"
11.427

27.5
2/3
Add channel 10510.
When has finished searching it will find 9 channels, ITV HD being the 5th one down (displayed as 10510). Press the yellow button to store.
Once this is done, you will need to go into options and choose "OTHER CHANNELS" to get to it.
That said, I get the ITV HD screen but says the service is unavailable. Can someone with freesat (or whoever gets it usually anyway) check if this is what they get, or if ITV have sussed onto what people are doing?

Check it on the 1st of May.
So they only show one thing a day on that channel? At least I get to watch the footy in HD from now on. A tad late however :/
Finally got this today - bloody Samsung boxes.
